Beauxwright Opens The First 16 Townhomes At Radial At Mora Point

Beauxwright is pleased to announce the opening of the first of 58 luxury build- to-rent (BTR) townhomes at Radial at MoRA Point in East Charlotte, near the Oakhurst neighborhood. Residents have already begun moving into their new townhomes, located at 4009 Connection Point, just off Monroe Road and Idlewild Road, with immediate access from East Independence Boulevard. Those interested in seeing the finished units and floor plans or booking a tour can visit radialtownhomes.com.

The Radial development offers two- and three-bedroom units with custom-level finishes and walk-in closets. Each townhome has an open floor plan concept and either a private balcony or patio; the three-bedroom townhomes also have attached garages. Sitting on three acres, the community’s dog park and open green spaces offer tranquility amidst city living.

The remaining units at Radial will be delivered by the end of summer. Beauxwright is partnering with Cedar Square on this project. Copper Builders is the builder, Vinyet Architecture is the architect and LandDesign is the civil engineer.

MoRA (short for Monroe Road Advocates) is an up-and-coming East Charlotte community that has grown organically along Monroe Road between 7th Street to Pineville-Matthews Road (Hwy 51). The name Radial is inspired by the community’s connectivity and location as a central hub at the intersection of Monroe Road, Idlewild Road and Independence Boulevard. The Radial at MoRA Point community offers residents suburban comfort, convenience and walkability to amenities like Aldi, Starbucks, Chipotle, Five Guys and Edge City Brewery.

“Radial at MoRA Point allows residents to find attractive price points while maintaining a high quality of life,” said Avery Rogers, director at Beauxwright. “This is a unique value-add opportunity in a market that has been historically underserved by BTR options.”

“We are excited at the opportunity to partner with Beauxwright on another infill Charlotte project and make our combined vision a reality,” said Jon Dixon, managing partner at Cedar Square. “Oakhurst has blossomed over the past several years and we’re proud to bring this exceptional residential experience to one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods.”
